Bio
“Para Sa Sining (translates to: For the Arts in Filipino) is a community of artists. We organize workshops, performance labs and community festivals. We have a wide network of artists spanning from theater, dance, music, contemporary performance, etc. We also create platforms for interdisciplinary collaboration, intergenerational conversation and cross-sectoral work. Aside from working within the artist community, we provide consultancy for creative projects and we produce artistic projects of government agencies, embassies and international NGOs based in the Philippines. Through this, we are able to bridge artists with job opportunities.
Working with artists spanning across different forms, I am able to give perspective towards an understanding of the creative landscape within the Philippine context. Our initiative also activates creative projects across alternative & public spaces”.
